ASR – ‘RENTING IN ENERGIEK’
At one of the most emerging locations on the outskirts of Groningen, the project Renting in Energiek has been developed. This project comprises two luxury residential buildings with a total of 78 three-room apartments in the private rental sector.
For this project, we implemented a robust multi-channel marketing strategy. We reached passive potential customers through an Instagram Traffic campaign. Additionally, we launched a Facebook Like Ads campaign to increase visibility and engagement on Facebook. On both Facebook and Instagram, we maintained a steady flow of organic content, crafted to serve potential interests at the three different stages of the customer journey (See, Think, and Do phases), each with its own messages, tone of voice, and calls to action.
A special highlight of this content strategy was the presence of our experts at the rental event on October 21, 2021. At the event, fun and relevant content was created and immediately shared on the client’s social media channels.
Lastly, we targeted the actively searching audience through an extensive Google Search campaign, where both the texts and the targeting seamlessly matched the final interests.
