In collaboration with our client AM, we implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing Google Search, Facebook, and Instagram to effectively promote Louisa’s Weelde. From inception, we tailored our advertising to each project phase

We opted for Search/Traffic ads on these platforms, ensuring that potential buyers were directed to dedicated landing pages where they could explore comprehensive information about the project and its stunning residences.

Dynamic Channel Optimisation for Enhanced Results

Our approach to channel selection was dynamic, adapting to the evolving needs of each project phase. As the project progressed and the more expensive country houses remained available, we streamlined our strategy, discontinuing Facebook advertising and focusing on the highly effective platform of Instagram.

A Resounding Success: Driving Website Traffic and Achieving Marketing Goals

Our meticulously crafted advertising campaign spanned seven months and yielded remarkable results. We generated over 10,000 clicks through Google ads, effectively capturing the attention of potential buyers. Additionally, our Instagram campaign reached an impressive audience of over 90,000 individuals, further expanding the project’s reach.
